We subconsciously affirm with thoughts and words which have a profound impact on the meaning and perspective of our experiences. Be mindful of your words and get to know the memorized emotions you’ve attached to them. Affirming fear will trigger a fear/stress response in your body. Accepting change will dissolve your resistance to life’s possibilities.
